There are about 12 cones in each bag which weighs approximately 2.33oz.
At this time, we are not shipping a single bag of Muddy Bites due to shipping costs and increasing postage rates. Plus, you’d be mad if you only bought one bag by the time you got the bottom. Trust!
Room temp is always the best way to enjoy your Muddy Bites, although we do recommend resealing the bag with the zipper to ensure freshness each time you snack!
We are all for experimenting, so we want to give you a heads up that if you put them in the freezer for a cold treat, our product contains chocolate and keeping them in a cool or room temperature environment is the way to go.

We occasionally make updates to highlight flavors, ingredients, and certifications of products. Your favorite flavor will be just as perfect as before!
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically shipped 4-8 business days after an order is placed. We do not ship on Saturday or Sundays nor national holidays.
We ship with DHL, UPS, and USPS Priority Mail (you will see options for your area at checkout).

We aren’t at this time but never say never!
Sometimes carriers will mark packages as delivered even though they are still on their way! We like to wait 48 hours after delivery notifications before filing a claim with USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx. If you aren’t seeing your waffle cone snacks, fill out this form and our team will make things right!
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we cannot change your shipping address. We do have a reminder at checkout to triple check your address because let’s face it, not getting your order of Muddy Bites is a fate nobody deserves! If addresses are not entered correctly, we are not to be held responsible for lost packages.
Subscriptions
We had a strong feeling it would only be a matter of time until these became the staple snacks in your pantry, so we created an easy Subscribe & Save program! Here’s what you need to know–choose your flavor, hit the "Subscribe & Save" option vs the one-time option, and then choose your delivery schedule (2, 4, or 8 week delivery). From there, we will ship Muddy Bites (as long as your subscription is active) to you every single month (or based on your delivery schedule)! Our subscriptions are powered by Stay Ai which makes it incredibly easy for you to edit, cancel, swap out products, skip a delivery, & more. You can manage your subscription here.

We are certified Kosher Dairy by the Orthodox Union, so yes!
Yes, our chocolatey fillings are all Fairtrade certified!
Our products are now produced in a facility where peanuts are present. While we follow strict cleaning and allergen management protocols, there is always a risk of cross contamination. For those with severe peanut allergies, we strongly advise avoiding our products.

Milk, Wheat, & Soy are listed allergens on our products. We also have a Peanut Butter Chocolate Flavor that is produced in the same facility. Allergens are our top priority and all flavors will be labeled with the peanut allergen as they are produced in the same facility. While we follow strict cleaning and allergen management protocols, there is always a risk of cross contamination. For those with severe peanut allergies, we strongly advise avoiding this product for safety reasons.

That would be a hard pass! You won’t be finding any alcohol sweeteners in our products.
If your chocolate looks discolored and has a faint white hue to it, that’s what we call cocoa bloom. This is something that occurs in chocolate due to separation between fat and cocoa, which can happen during storage and shipping. It can make the cones look different, but cocoa bloom doesn’t alter the safety of consumption.
Your cones should never be half filled! Please fill out this form so our team can help you get a replacement bag. We don’t want to point any fingers, but we’re pretty sure a certain Buddy the Bite dipped into our chocolate stash. What can we say? He likes to get caught having fun!
